In whose name do you register domains?
All domains registered with us are under the name of the clients.
Why is my domain not working?
If you registered your domain with us recently, the DNS may not have propagated completely. A newly registered domain normally becomes available within 24 hours. If you registered the domain with another registrar, change the DNS to the ones provided by us and wait for it to fully propagate. DNS propagation usually takes 12-24 hours.
Can you help me migrate my current website from my existing web hosting provider?
Yes. If you decide to move your website to EbnHost, just make sure you have a WHM/cPanel control panel with your existing web host so we can migrate your site to our servers.
Do you have the PHP cURL module installed?

Does your hosting support PHP include() and include_once()?

How do I force SSL with .htaccess?
Add these rules to your website's .htaccess file:

RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]The .htaccess file must be in the site's document root folder (or the matching sub folder). You can create or edit it via FTP or the cPanel File Manager.
How do I increase the WordPress memory limit?
Open wp-config.php and locate this line:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '96M' );
Change the value to up to 768M on all EbnHost shared hosting accounts. On Cloud and Dedicated solutions, you may further customize this value.
